Yah I also do not believe this 14 Year old could even come close to it. I know I can go full range of motion for 10 AT MOST with 315lbs. Then When I throw another plate on I can go 6 full ROM. It is when I go above 405lbs. That it almost seems that 1lb. over this weight I can not go all the way down anymore, it is weird... almost as if my brain automatically says DON'T DO IT.. Only go this far, but I will go ahead and throw another plate on, and lower myself and pound myself back up... THEN YET ANOTHER PLATE AND MANAGE TO SQUEEZE OUT A REP... So hence... I call it my 1 rep max.. Obviously I know now that I CAN NOT COUNT that, as much as I would like to, REED has taught me that is not how it works. So yah...
REED... lol.. A PM is just that.. A PRIVATE MESSAGE.. but thanks for sharing

hahahaha !! I don't really care, like I explained above, I got a lot of learning to do, and I am hoping that everyone around here is as willing to offer advice, critical or not, just like you have helped me.
I am gonna work on getting myself going through the FULL ROM on every exercise and accentuate it to the extreme just to check myself to make sure I AM doing it properly.. I guess with the fact of the matter as the gym has become part of my everyday life maybe I have forgotten the basics and fundamentals and that is why my growth has been stalled... so this week in the gym I will do what I can on seeing how well iI am doing each and every exercise in every routine in everyday that I attend the gym...
