Thanks I assume you were in prison or in a acute behavioral facility.

Did Right delt last night and its not sore like everywhere else was.
Only about 12 hours after so I hopefully my body is getting used to it or the pain has not kicked in yet.

Did chest yesterday and finally was able to get up
2 x 225 x 6 flat bench press
8 x 40 flat flys
Im not big on chest and bis.

So the fact I was able to hit 225 was a milestone for me.
So the prop is def working
Added 30 mins cardio PWO and dropped 1 serving of carbs.
May add it back.
Still 196 at wake up.

Today is squats and lunges, If I can squat 315 x 6 will be a mile stone for me.
I can normally hit it 4 x alone.

Trying to lean out a bit due to like 3 bulking cycles in a row.
