Well you could try..everyone is different but for me...
It felt fine at first no pain, then next day upon waking holy motha of god lol I had a knot so bad, i mean BAD that i actually questioned if it had pulled something or tore something in my Pec. Swollen, warm and knotted. Couldnt bench for over a week and about 3 before it was completely back to normal. I was icing it everyday and popping Motrin just to get it lose enough to be able to hit the gym man. Not fun....but like i said ive had friends say its smooth for them so who knows..
