I see your point but when you are known because of your job, then it is not a good idea to lie on what it seems clear to all.
That's why I am concerned, because I don't want to lie.

Bro.. 99% chances are you aren't going to gain like 40 pounds on your first cycle. If you're lucky you'll put on 15 - 20 pounds in that 3 month period.. that's not necessarily THAT much weight. Not to mention chances are you'll lose 1/2 of that after PCT.. IMO, People will joke around and be like "oh man are you juicing it"... but just laugh it off, and say "no way man, it's winter.. time to eat and bulk up bro!" -- haha something like that..

    x2

I used to do this when I was younger

Just start talking about creatine.. and BCAA's all the time. You'll trick them into thinking you're some sort of bodybuilding guru. lol

That's what I thought after all, I can manage 20 pounds at first and 10 at the end.

When you roll keep your GI top on. People you are on the mat with will notice a big difference.

By the way, we are going to be starting our cycles at about the same time.

I thought about reducing the cycle to 10 weeks not to exaggerate with the increase.
But why are you telling me that? for the same reason I previously thought?

    1. What do you mean my GI top on? Of course I keep it on when I train or fight, otherwise it would be grappling... pls explain.

    2. Then we should keep in touch and help one another. Don't you think?

Some people like to train no gi sometimes, like the MMA guys I train with. I look a lot smaller with a gi on than with just a rash guard.

I agree, I think we should keep in touch. We have a lot in common here.
