    what are you trying to achieve....strength, hypertrophy,etc....

    My main goals are adding size and mass so basically hypertrophy... Any help would be great.

    Usually I would stray away from pyramiding sets, that is usually for strength. Another thing is on arm day I like to alternate with bicep on one exercise turn tricep on the next to give each bodypart a chance to rest

    What kind of sets maximize mass gains? Im looking to pack on thick. I will try mixing in bis with tris next arm day thanks for the help. So over all do you think i am ok on this work out plan? No fears of over training to worry about?
