were kinda in the same boat here. in order to get my hr in the fatburning zone and 0.0 incline, I would have to walk at like 4.5 mph which is freaking fast ( and I highly doubt I can even do this, especially for 45 min ). I need to keep my hr right around 117 to be exactly 65% so if whether Im at a 12 deg. inc at 3.0 mph or 3.0inc at 3.3 mph my hr stays around the same. Now if I go with a 12.0 I need to hold onto the machine, 3.0 I do not. So lets say the Im getting help by holding on, ya know what I mean? Im going to roll this way for a while at the lower incline cause at work Im on my feet all day.
