    5g post workout is ENOUGH. On non workout days 5g in the morning is ENOUGH, not 10 grams, that is a complete waste of money. Read my FAQ.


    No need to buy CEE which is inferior to CM. Buy a tub of micronized monohydrate and be on your way.

    so should I take AAKG pre or pwo or both?

    The CEE was pretty cheap, but thanks for heads up w/ CM being superior.
