You really dont need 5grams worth of AAKG....2-3grams is plenty. 5 Grams is overkill. Take AAKG Pre-workout......stay away from CEE....its garbage. Go with Creatine malate or monohydrate. Those are you two best bets....taken pre and post workout. 2.5 pre, 2.5 post for the creatine.
