Imo the best is cardio on empty stomach, but postwo is good too. Also cardio 3 hours after the last meal works, specially if the last meal you had was a fat/pro one or even more if you're in a keto.My question is :
what happens if you do it after work let's say 3 hours after you ate last?
Will it do anything to contribute to fatburning and if yes to what degree?
And what do u think about cardio pwo at the gym after like an hour of intense weights...
In any case it's very important that cardio is low-intensity in order to burn fat, not muscle and glycogen.
