personally I use 1/2 ground turkey and 1/2 ground round and sear in EVOO. I love ground beef we all know about its fat content...cant even tell the turkey is in there when you mix it with the beef.

if you use the turkey enough, youll get used to it. Burgers, chili, meatloaf, lasagna, etc....but youre right, nothing tastes better than a 100%beef burger.Originally Posted by Tarheel
