    Gear has little to do with protein choice. Beef iso is amino rich and will keep your nitrogen levels higher so that your solid proteins will have a greater impact, imo.

    Also, I dont believe in or do "cycles."

    thats all you did for legs? why such low volume? A few years ago I was lazy and didnt do much volume but now I upped it and continues training to failure and my legs have grown tremendously

    Can you do 345x25 without stopping, kinks or rest to catch a breath between reps? How about 1.5 minutes later you do the same thing with 315lbs for 30?

    when you said failure, I didnt think failure would mean such high reps. why dont you go much heavier then and go with 6-12 reps? Do your legs really respond better to such insanely high reps?

    i think the difference between solid foods and protein powders does affect how you grow i think everything is more solid when using real food and since i've been on cycle it seems like my body has been absorbing my food better than off cycle
