for tris i usually dont do more then 1 exercise on chest days for 3-4 sets.
bi's i'll do the same thing at the end of my back workout.
my arms developed super fast when i did soley arm workouts with 3 to 4 exercises for bi's and 3-4 for tris. i was trying to let the rest of my body catch up to my arms. it's not a problem most people have cause most people wont get huge arms with small everything else. ive pretty much evened out except i might need just a little more width/thickness in my back and a little more upper chest development.
