Because I figured the cop would laugh it off and think it was as ridiculous as I did. Maybe just tell me to chill out. I wanted to be as honest with them as possible about the dumb situation.

True. If I would have just been a prick from the start I would have told the cop I was to busy and to just send me a ticket if need be then go from there. Guess I learned my lesson. I'm just gonna pay the 5 hundo and walk in there with a lawyer.....Thought about requesting a Trial by Jury lol..
