My bad man,

It states that I "disobeyed a traffic control device"

Date/Time of course and a description of the weather "day/clear"

In the description of the offense the Officer did not mention that the traffic

light was yellow. Which would make one assume it was a red light if they were

not to ask.

well if thats what the ticket says it sounds like it would get dropped if you choose to fight it. But they know that most people work and it would cost them more to miss work 2-3 days to fight it then to just buck up and pay it.
sounds like your being taught a lesson for picking on a old man that day.
