you will definately burn more fat with HIIT...but youl also lose muscle unless your diet is bang on......the low intensity cardio is mainly for the bodybuilder who wants to keep as much muscle as pos.....
kettlbells are a great tool for HIIT.....skipping...shutle runs....circuit training....there are loads of ways to burn fat quick.........boxing training is great for getting in shape..
