    i hit each muscle group twice a week 3 exercises each....i do this instead of doing flike 5 or 6 exercises for each muscle group so that when im working them i can hit them w/ a lot more intenisity during each exersice...also i do different 3 diff exercises for each muscle group the 2nd time i hit it in the week and it works for me really well
