Read up about Equipoise.. I'm about to run a TEST C and EQ cycle, and I also run alot.. It'll be a first time for both steroids, but there both known to increase red blood cell production a shitload which in turn revs your endurance up.. Eq is also known as the athletes favorite steroid..

There is no "set" age...... The most frequently refferenced age is 24/25. There are a bunch of posts as to why one should wait until roughly that age..... using the search function will allow you to find them.
