If you can bump it up to an hour and do it first thing in the morning before eating anything.
How is it working for you now?

Stats, cycle experience, are you on a cycle now? What are your goals?
well ideally you'd wanna ramp up the cardio to 30 mins plus a day for 5-6 days a week. in the morning before meal 1 is ideal as stated above
