    Keep in mind I am not talking about going out all the time and getting completely trashed. That for sure hurts ones gains and really is not part of the overall lifestyle. I am more talking about going out and having a drink or two with friends, or not going on a date because you have to train legs or dont want to go to a restaurant because its not in your diet. One meal or one or two drinks dont hurt that much. Like I said plan your social events just as you would plan a meal or training. If you plan properly there is no reason that one could not be both a dedicated BB and have a healthy social life.

    thats my prob......its all or nothing..aint no way i can have a couple of drinks.....see you in 3 days time..LOL
