    build the glutes and quadaceps

I am 6ft 5in and i have long legs. I am presently at 27 inch thighs and i want to get to 30 inches. Also i want to train the glutes. I have been doing squat jumps since I do not get to a gym often. When i do get to the gym I do 10 front squats with 225 pounds. I try to get 3 sets in. I do not like doing back squats becacuse it just feels so awkward on my back.

Once you get bored with front squats you should try back squats and you will be amazed at how easy it is with the weight across your back!!! Trust me I hated Back Squats so all I did was Front Squats and after I got bored the back squats just came to me naturally...And you can handle more weight which in turn will produce the results your looking for....Also do some leg presses and deadlifts......That will really shock your legs into growing.....
