    I think this is probably one of those upscale condo communities where any form of advertisement, economic or otherwise, is banned.

    My mom lives in Hilton Head and she can't park her truck in her driveway because it has a bilboard advertising her bar on the side of it.

    I doubt that she's prohibited from flying the flag though. This is, after all South Carolina, where they flew the Stars and Bars on the statehouse until recently.

    I didn't see that anywhere. I suppose a neighborhood doesn't need to be up-scale necessarily in order for its management to prohibit advertisements.
