This is gonna be an ongoing debate as far as cycle length. In my only experience I did not experience any gains in week 11 and 12. So from now on I'll keep it at 10 weeks. This was on test e by the way. But I had to go the 12 weeks to find out so it's really up to you. I'm sure most of these guys have tried one way and the other in order to find their sweet spot.
Now for Tbol I would need your stats, same as test e. I'm stunned no one has asked you yet.
