Shoot deca every 3 days or on the same 2 days every week?

yeah I made the mistake of trying to be helpful in 2 of his threads. he's been here 2 years and can't figure out when to shoot deca, yet chooses to be confrontational with me.

i've never used deca before myself, was looking into it, but probably never will. Deca stays in the system far 2 long for me 2 ever consider it (unfortunately). Gets really tempting sometimes tho...

Anyway, note the "someone" i referred 2 in my original post.

Anyway, im not being confrontational with you at all, its called a discussion. And if i offended you then i apologize. But you clearly seem 2 have misunderstood me on several occasions.

Brother you have helped 1,000's of guys and kept them from hurting themselves, but you cant help someone that refused to help themself.
