Shoot deca every 3 days or on the same 2 days every week?

If someones doing 500 mg of deca a week, does that mean they shoot on the same 2 days every week, or should it be like every few days?

for example: thursday - 250mg, sunday 250mg

then on every week on those same 2 days shoot up.

OR:

thursday - 250mg, sunday 250mg, wed. 250mg, saturday 250mg, tuesday 250mg

like that??

yeah thats what i figured. So basically shoot up on the same 2 days right?

test prop 50mg ED (and on the deca shot days 100mg) so between 350-450mg prop a week
deca 500mg EW
Var 30mg ED
hgh 4iu ED
Anadrol 25-50mg(last 4 weeks of cycle)

.25 letro ED for last 8 weeks of cycle, 40mg nolva at end of cycle, 500mcg HCG once a week for most of cycle. maybe some clomid?

im confused about this. if you are doing a short ester that needs daily shots and you want 525mg/weekly then you inject 75mg/daily. if you are injecting a longer ester that needs eod you will have 1 week with 3 injects and the next with 4, or, you inject 3 days each week but then you will have issues. ala, m/w/f/s, and t/th/s. or you can just go m/w/f every week but then every week you have sat/sun where you will have a drop in hormones. is it an issue or not really?

my question then is if you want to run 500mg/week for 12 weeks that comes out to 6000/total for the cycle. 12 weeks is 84 days. do you divide 6000/42=142.85mg/injection eod so even though you are injecting 3x one week and 4x the next the total blood volume for th entire cycle comes out to 6000?

If you shoot 250mg twice per week then obviously that's 500mg per week

If you shoot 250mg every 3rd day then it works out at 583mg per week

That's a difference of 16.6%

Also, the less time you leave between injections, the less your blood levels will drop before it's time to shoot up again.

i've never used deca before myself, was looking into it, but probably never will. Deca stays in the system far 2 long for me 2 ever consider it (unfortunately). Gets really tempting sometimes tho...
