As I mentioned my diet as of now is poor. I know I can increase the food intake, which I plan to do. I mentioned previously that I wanted to take 1 to 1.5 more years of natural growth before I consider anything else. Would you mind elaborating and helping me out on maybe the proper amounts of food to intake as far as carbs, and protein are considered. It only took me about 2500-2700 cals a day to put on weight if im below 2500 it falls right off. So i do understand that food has been my downfall, but it wont be a year from now. I am working on it. I just want to have an arsenal of information for if/when I were to take that step..

I'm glad you're getting educated before you jump in......for me...3500-4000 cals of good clean food puts on muscle mass....a safe ratio of protein to body weight would be minimum 2g's of protein to 1 lb of weight. In your case it would be more...as well as carbs and also fat intake will be needed...if you can consistantly keep up a good eating habit..I don't see how you can't add weight to your frame...thers a saying that goes..."you don't get BIG ibn the gym.....you get BIG in the kitchen!!!"...I can also relate to the weight com ing off if you're not on top of your game as far as cal intake...happens to me too.
