Ok ur going to see an increse in your strength and the reps u were doing at a certian weight will increase just stay on it for a while and will b amazed on how fast your bench for example will go up

for me i notice a change in a week just go thorugh ur loading phase thats what i do people will tell u differnt basically i take 2 scoops a day for 7 days to start it off
