you dont even want to be lifting heavy weights for golf for a start, you'd screw up your swing and posture

Hahaha you trained 3 golfers, yet youre trying to tell me I shouldnt even be working out? Want me to mention 500 more PGA pros that workout every single day? Oh wow you played golf, I should take my advice from you since ive been playing for 12 years now. Haha youre a joke.
Yea im sure they will ban me for you since you requested it. Looks like you are important haha. Dont come in my thread trying to talk shyt you cant back up with facts. Go learn a thing about golf fitness and try again. www.mytpi.com should help you a lot haha
Haha buddy unless someone breaks both my arms im pretty sure ill still have my tour card until 2013. Can you say the same? You really crack me up. Keep flaming. Hopefully they will ban your ass.
Pretty much anyone could get bigger than Tiger Woods without touching AAS. Yeah, some strength may be beneficial, but you sure as hell don't need suprahysiological androgen levels (steroids) to achieve the amount of strength and size optimal for golf (once your lats and chest start interfering with your swing, you're ****ed). If you're willing to agree with this, then you have no need for AAS and should just start hitting the gym a bit harder and eating better.
