    Haha ok obviously you have no damn clue what youre talking about. How about you go look up Tiger Woods workout regiment. Dumbest thing ive heard all day. A strong upper body and core actually improve your posture. Dont talk if you have no clue what youre talking about.

    oh and a degree in sport science doesnt qualify me not to mention 16yrs training and the fact ive trained 3 golfers??? and played golf myself?? go fvck yourself you little asshole, i hope you get jumped on every fvckn thread you start. cocky little prick

    Hahaha you trained 3 golfers, yet youre trying to tell me I shouldnt even be working out? Want me to mention 500 more PGA pros that workout every single day? Oh wow you played golf, I should take my advice from you since ive been playing for 12 years now. Haha youre a joke.

    Pretty much anyone could get bigger than Tiger Woods without touching AAS. Yeah, some strength may be beneficial, but you sure as hell don't need suprahysiological androgen levels (steroids) to achieve the amount of strength and size optimal for golf (once your lats and chest start interfering with your swing, you're ****ed). If you're willing to agree with this, then you have no need for AAS and should just start hitting the gym a bit harder and eating better.
