When it comes to nutrition especially, no one has the right answer. If you dont believe me, look at the scientific literature. The studies are all over the place. The only thing that is really known is that getting a balance of the proper macros and essential dietary components is key. All the other stuff about ratios and timing ect. Is more a function of methodology and how a particular persons own unique metabolic demands dictate what specific protocol they succeed with.
