As for your question, a lot of people (myself included) don't get sore in their biceps or triceps, soreness is the result of lactic acid waste products last time I checked the debate was ongoing as to what caused delayed muscle soreness, lactic acid is when you are working out, and these muscles are smaller and harder to exhaust to say, the extent your legs would after doing sets of heavy squats further, they are easier to repair. My recommendation: take some more time off between sets, you'll have more energy and power for future sets which will cause more hypertrophy. I'd also try switching up your workout and trying new exercises. Keep in mind, soreness doesn't equal growth . I'm sure your fine bro, let us know how it goes.
