Thread: Why arent my arm muscles getting sore???

    My arms don't get sore yet they are my best body part. My lats always get sore and they are probably my second best body part. My legs get the sorest and they are my worst body part.

    Soreness is not an indicator of muscle growth!

    I don't mean to hijack a thread, but Ronnie, What IS a decent indicator of working the mucle too much or too little without waiting for months to measure? I'm sure this is an open-ended question, but I would like to hear your opinion.......

    IMO if your loosing strength it can be an indicator of working a muscle to much
