t3 and esp dnp are risky drugs, you need to be bang on exact with them i personally would go with the calorie reducing diet, slower off stays off than quick fixes, i wouldnt advise you use either, esp dnp from what ive read

    DNP is a no go.

    Not worth the risk.

Clen would be a safe course to take.

Personally, I have been at 9% bf before with just diet and cardio.

It takes alot of work, but it's worth it.

    Best

I like clen to but cim does not have performance reducing effects like clen!

    Is albuterol safer than clen?

I do not like the sound of DNP either!

The cardio that i like is walking, swimming, housework and DIY!

I do not kna much bout DNP!

I think Jenny Craig diet will be ideal for me!
