hard to say but at your size and weight if you eat right and work out right 12 lbs or so... it is just a guess our body fat will be lowered if you eat right and gain lean muscle so no one could really tell you accurately
prop is a good cycle, i like it lots, not really a beginers cycle cuz of the pain involved you may feel like a pin coushin very quickly...
agreed - would there be a reason why you would need the test prop out of you system quickly?

many and most have no idea what those "factors" are you should study dosage of the test you are using, pct, diet(witch is 80% of doing steroids), and work out splits - if any of these things are something you have no idea about then you shouldnt be doing steroids - so start reading -

no, it is not enough - and i am not going to tell you y, either should any one else... go study pct- then come back with you thing you should do and we can then help you - i will say if you dont do pct right you will loose all you gains and look like crap, feel even worse
