    Cool cheers bro
    dnt suppse u could give me some advise for getting a good full shoulder can ye? Mine are lagging due to them being injured abit ago and not being able to be trained heavily

    This is wt I currently do
    DB press
    upright row
    superset side lateral raise with barbell shrugs
    rear delt fly

    Any suggestions how I can improve that?

    switch DB press to BB and upright row to DB front raise.
    squeeze those rear delts hard.

    Will do Im training shoulders tomorrow so I'll start it then and let you know how it goes
