Because everyone responds in a different way, if i go over 30 days with any burst cycle I suffer greatly with sides and recovery and this is the whole idea, I also put on weight each day but at around 25-30 days it starts to slow down drasticly so thats my limit, also i dont recommend hitting burst type dosages on a 6 or 8 wks cycle, i would advice short peroids but again not everyone responds the same and i know a few guys who run 6 wks SBC's with great gains and low sides, this is why you need to have some cycle history to look at to design the right cycle.
