Run the dbol for 4 weeks at the same dose. Dont change for workout/non-workout days. The test e plan is pretty standard.
I would assume that cycle assist is like life support by annabolic innovations. I has all the support for liver, chol, bp, prost, etc. Good idea here cause dbol is a tough one. Do you have anything in case of gyno? This needs to be lookied into
Pct should by ran for 4 weeks. Not worth any chances. You need to get those natural test #'s back to normal.
Last but not least,
AT YOUR AGE AND HEIGHT YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF GETTING YOURSELF INTO A NICE LEAN/BULKING DIET AND TRAIN HEAVY!

yes the cycle assist is very similar to life support. i should run this for the full 10 weeks right?
i have extra nolvadex on hand incase of gyno
i was thinking of running at 20mg ED while on cycle if that would help?
ill run pct for 4 weeks starting 2 weeks after my last injection
Day 1 - Clomid 200mg + Nolvadex 40mg
rest of week 1 - clomid 100mg + nolva dex 40mg
week 2 - clomid 50mg + nolvadex 20mg
week 3 - clomid 50mg + nolvadex 20mg
week 4 - clomid 50mg + nolvadex 20mg
i read to dose day 1 like that incase angrogen levels are still a little high?
This comment scares me! "my diet is good. i have about 7 meals a day including protein shakes" Whenever i see this its usually saying my diet is NOT that good. Post up your diet and lets have a look,why not its free advice!!...TOP
diet looks roughly like this.
1) oats, egg whites and eggs 30g whey isolate
2) pwo shake- 50g whey isolate, about 70g dextrose
3) 1 cup basmati rice, 250-300g chicken breast
4) pasta, 200-250g chicken breast
5) 200grams tuna
6) 300g steak
7) 30g whey + 30gcasien + 2tbl spoons peanut butter
its sometimes a little different because i sometimes eat salmon and cottage cheese. but it roughly looks like this
i also take fish oil, flaxeed oil and a multi vitamin
Your diet is pretty good for someone your size,
If you keep with this, you will gain some more size over the next couple months naturally.
Some will complain that you are substituting with too many protien shakes,
however 30g of protien is 30g of protein any way you look at it
How does this correlate with your TDEE? You say oats,i want to know the amounts,calorie breakdown. I would toss the dextrose.How much pasta?Whats the point in the whey isolate along with theegg whites in the first meal? Whats the quantity of fish oil? Thats calories also...TOP
