what your saying is 100% true, but what to do, i already started, and till now i have no sides, the only time i had sides is when i took the diuretic, i stopped it because, i thought it will help with water retention but the water will just come back when i stop taking them, so there's no sense for taking them,

this bloat is killing me, some say drop water intake, some say more water intake, less salt, but fvck im not eating salt at all, i don't know what the fvck is going on,

NO way do you drop water intake. They have it backwards. The less water you drink the more water you body will try to hold and more bloat.

Make sure you sodium is low but not at zero.

You body doesnt know how to react to all those compounds. They are all new/foreign to it. If it was me I would drop everything except the test. Save everything else for later.

I understand that you are trying to stay as lean as possible and be cut but your body is going crazy with all those compounds. Keep it simple and start slow. Like said, it's not a sprint, it's a marathon.... unless you are in a hurry to get to the grave...
