You body doesnt know how to react to all those compounds. They are all new/foreign to it. If it was me I would drop everything except the test. Save everything else for later.
I understand that you are trying to stay as lean as possible and be cut but your body is going crazy with all those compounds. Keep it simple and start slow. Like said, it's not a sprint, it's a marathon.... unless you are in a hurry to get to the grave...
