    goal to lose 5-7 pounds of fat for summer and I'm currentt Maxing at 210 bench would like to be at least at 250

    Meal 1 bowl of raisin bran 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and a handful of cashews
    meal 2 11:30 varies usually grilled chicken or hamburger
    meal three 6:00 usually grilled chicken of turkey on wheat bread

    workout 4:00 1 hour muscle training 45 minutes in sauna about 2 days a week I do 15 min of bicycle.
    My job has me constantly lifting and using my arms and I'm active all day doing my job.

    Break it down like this and include macros, no one here is going to do it for u...

    See the bold and fill it in...Just at a glance u need a whole lot more food...Start reading and looking at other threads and ppls diets on here so u can get a better idea
