    I like to swim and its hard as sh*t. IMO your cardiovaso system would be strong, core, every thing would get stronger. To a certain point, your body would adapt to the training then gains would probobly slow or halt. Then you would have to increase work load to continue growth.

    Yeah I know it is a lot harder than I remember from highschool! I tried to swim a few laps after 15 yrs of no swimming and about croaked.
