    don't work through pain

    in the past, i would do a few light sets of tricep pulldowns, and noticed that the pain went away after i was "warmed up"...but ideally, you should let the tendon heal before putting any more pressure on it

    Agreed...

    I like a few light sets of close grip, before piling the weight on. Your best bet is to get rid of the skullcrushers, they are murder on your elbows. I quit doing them and the pain has diminished substantially.
