I do have a problem when young men resort to chemical use when they haven't even gotten the basics of diet and training down. Gaining muscle is NOT easy with the use of AAS. You still have to train hard and diet properly. And, you can easily lose your gains if you don't continue to train and eat right. That's what I told you in your thread and you didn't want to hear it. You may not see it this way, but Im giving you the advice I think you need to hear. You don't have to listen or heed, but I'm still going to try.
The first sentences of your post simply contradict what you did in this thread. You came out of nowhere, just to put a non-necessary "bashing" type of opinion, which I din't request. It seemed like stalking.

What really concerns me is that when I did my thread, I just wanted some feedback for some side effects I was getting from my cycle, and you (and others) simply deviated from my original post and started to hijack the thread only talking about how I needed to go to the basics, and on and on. THis is not the first time I've seen this. You guys do it all the time with other people too. When I tried to take "your advice" then, you gave NONE, only said my diet was "horrible", which is outrageous to say the least, since my diet is probably better than most people in my gym. THat doesn't mean, of course, that I have a PRO diet, or even a GREAT diet for that matter. It certainly is not HORRIBLE. I could even accept the term "above average".

If you see the date I started on this forum, it says 2003. I barely surpass 100 posts, you know why? Because I only like this forum a lot for it's educational threads and lots of info. I don't post here too much, I love to READ. THe fact that I"m currenlty weighing 161 doesn't mean I don't have my diet and training in check. I started at 130, with about 24% body fat and zero muscle shape. Numbers don't count as much as the actual look, and you should know this since you compete. I am very aware that I could have made much more progress. The reasons were many, one of them being lack of discipline in my younger days. That has been subsiding as of late.

I do care about what more experienced guys have to say. If any objective person goes to my thread, they will see some "big guys" simply jumping on the "your diet sucks" bandwagon and zero advice. Being polite and honest didn't work neither.

Even if some people wouldn't agree with me (opinions are like a***oles), I do like the muscle shape I currently have, and feel proud to look like I do at a light 161 pounds. Of course, I have goals, and I haven't reached mine yet. That's why I'm always looking to learn more, INCLUDING diet. But from there to saying a cycle won't work if you don't have the diet of Jay Cutler is simply funny.

I do agree that the keeping gains part may be the hardest of all. Gaining muscle with steroids is something I know I"m capable of doing big time when i BULK. My only real BULK was natural and it was fairly succesful. THe cycle I did last year and now was on a cutter, so even the muscle I gained in those were pretty good considering that.
