Second, I didn't even want any advice on anything. I just read the educational threads and that's all. If I need some advice, I'll ask for it. The reason why I posted my diet was because from experience, the first thing anyone asks before giving some simple advice as "Nolvadex should be ran at 20mg" is "Age, height, cycle history, diet, etc."

Just wanted to be honest and put my stats. As far as I know, I can say I'm 220 with 8% body fat. This is a damn forum, and full of liars. I just wanted an answer for a certain problem I felt, not diet advice.
