if no noobs are allowed in the chat room what would be the point of having a chat room ?

all the expierienced members would allways be in the chat room, and all the noobs wouldnt be allowed in to get good advice ?

then people who dont know about steroids will never fully learn about cycling etc... just a thought

They don't like new people LOL...just kidding. I'm not really sure what feasible solution would be the most equitable to all involved. New people need to be able to get advice and participate in discussions (and not all new members are inexperienced, just new to the site)...however, spammers, trolls, and dumbasses have jaded most of the older members/vets/mods/etc. against wanting to deal with new people.
