I have 2 suggestions; 1 of them is 50% jest.

1 - A real time steroid.com chat room. I think it would be cool to have a chat room dedicated to people who want to bs, or get a quick answer. Etc...

2 - A VIP forum only for people who meet certain criteria - ie 1500 posts or a member for at least 1 year. This way information from knowledgeable members can be passed around and we wouldnt have to sift through all this garbage. A place where every 15 minutes a new thread is made and it doesnt say "Guess my bodyfat percentage" or "Help me choose PCT for this cycle".

What do you guys think?

Think the chat is a good idea, but nothing with post counts, all you will get is heaps of people posting and posting rubbish, its just going to have to be open.

Chatroom- I think should go off reputation. Anyone can post shit in lounge and crap to get posts.

As to a private forum-I personally think it would take away the amount of time the knowledgable people do spend in the Q&A forum. As matt stated.... Rarely see a mod or vet in there as it is now. And they are supposed to be the most knowledgeable ones.

if it goes off reputation who should be the one to decide? i dont post in the Q&A section because i dont have the knowledge to be guiding people with aas use. i use that section to learn and improve my knowledge. but because i am not as knowledgeable as others on the subject of aas does that mean i shouldnt be allowed in the chatroom?

I am pretty sure that most 17 year olds here do not know how to do it. Of course there will be some guys beating the system.... but I think that it can be at least 70-80% effective

I vote a combo of join date & post count. If somebody's been on here at least a year and has 500 posts they SHOULD have shed some noobishness.

I think that the quality of posts should be a determining factor...there are people with few posts because they don't participate alot in "The Lounge" who actually ask intelligent questions and/or have knowledge to impart to other members. There are others who have hundreds of posts or have been a member for awhile and still ask stupid questions or give erroneous advice to others.

Instead, I think we should do authorization through referrals. Have 1000 posts and have 20 members refer you. To do this we would create a new forum dedicated to referrals and then say I wanted to join the chatroom list -

I make a thread called RTRs referral thread and then a member who is in good standing with the board with over 1000 posts replies with "+1" to count as 1 referral.

They don't like new people LOL...just kidding. I'm not really sure what feasible solution would be the most equitable to all involved. New people need to be able to get advice and participate in discussions (and not all new members are inexperienced, just new to the site)...however, spammers, trolls, and dumbasses have jaded most of the older members/vets/mods/etc. against wanting to deal with new people.
