Yes it is possible but you will pay a price for that.
Personally I learnt:

1. Never train the muscle you injected on the same day of the injection.
2. Do not inject a muscle trained the day before.

have to ask, why? its never affected me at all and ive pinned groups almost straight after training them

The reason is purely personal I guess.
Maybe, being my first cycle my muscles are not used to the injections and so are too sensitive. Just guessing...

Anyway, it is my experience.

Every IM injection damages muscles cells at that site. Many believe its ok to exercise after an IM injection but you would be best to time your injection sites around your workouts. I wouldn't shoot a muscle Im going to be immediately training.
