i usualy eat 2eggs for breakfast with orange juice, steaks or chicken with vegetables or pasta for lunch and same for dinner always in large quantity but i dont eat a lot of fruits.. i am hungry all the time and i take protein also before and after workout..
my diet is good or alright i need help for my cycle please
