    i eat a lot because i have a fast metabolism and i take protein shakes twice a day..

    Why don't you start by listing every thing you eat on a daily basis.

    It's nearly impossible to make progress if you're just guessing on what you're eating.

    i usualy eat 2eggs for breakfast with orange juice, steaks or chicken with vegetables or pasta for lunch and same for dinner always in large quantity but i dont eat a lot of fruits.. i am hungry all the time and i take protein also before and after workout..
    my diet is good or alright i need help for my cycle please

    you need to eat 3 x what you are eating here; ie breakfast;

    6 to 8 eggs , 50 gr porridge oats, whey protein drink plus fruit

    now you have to do that approx 6 times per day, if you start a cycle with your diet you might as well inject Toxic water.
