    my oncle is a nutritionist he will help me with my diet.. i know its very important.. i really need to do this cycle because my legs are getting cut but not bigger.. i can blame it on genetics lol its really the only thing i need to work on i started really young in air force military school at 15 and kept on lifting on and off until today what cycle of susta would you recommend?

    your legs are not getting bigger because you arent eating enough for them to grow. muscle is made from protien and your taking in nothing.

    my wife eats more then you do
