Well i gained about 3-4 pounds I know it dont sound like much but for me im very satisfied. dont worry about flamming if its not for me then its not for me thats why im here to figure it out.
I also have a 3 day off every week, its just how my schedule is.
mon chest tri
tues back bi
wed legs calfs
thurs shoulders abs forearms
fri sat sun off, could this slow down my gains also?
