Ok I really learned alot about my diet from here and it has really helped not only gains but overall strength and intensity in the gym.
I have access to anything i want and i want to know how i should start.
Pill or inject?
What kind?
How often?
Not looking to go crazy here just alittle help. im 41 yrs old 6'1" 188 lbs.
Worked out all my life off and on but i was a framer for 20 yrs and i raced MX practicing 4 nights a week so even if i had my diet spot on then id have to eat 8000 calories a day just maintain lol.
If this is something you guys have been over many times before i understand but maybe point me in the right direction to learn. Thanks all great site
