mentioned before that I would put up a log so here it is.

Just started my HGH , started on 4IU a day (hyge) going to work my up to 8IU and then back to four and off. I have ten weeks worth of Onerip (test blend for lean bulk) Which I plan to incorporate at the the begining of the third month on HGH. I also have some t-3 and clen to rip out when I have come off the one rip. All in all the cycle will last 6 months and I am hoping to gain some seriously good results, bulk up a little and keep lean.

My diet is spot on, 4500 calories a day of clean food spread across 9 meals, all good protein sources and complex cars, some simple carbs preworkout shape, plenty of fruit and veg, all my essential fats and vitamins etc.

My training is pretty classic, mon - legs and upper abs, tues - chest tris and lower abs, wed - flat out cardio, thurs - back bi and obliques, fri - shoulders a little abs, calves and forearms , sat/sun a little cardio - sunday - one chea meal (yum yum). I train hard and I train heavy. Max bench 150 kg , max squat 240 kg, max deadift 160 kg, max miliatary press 90 kg. I am normally in the gym for around two and a bit hours a day, on weights days i do 40 minutes medium pace cardio after workout.

so I got stuck in turkey with the volcanic ash so didnt get to start on monday as i wanted to but started on wednesay so just squeeze my days in over the weekend.

Joints ache a little as expected, some pins and needles in feet from time to time, feel pretty good in the gym, nothing major to report, restless a bit at night, quite a nice feeling of wellbeing, only jabbed four times but I feel a bit more dry if that makes sense, looking forward to getting into the cycle.

Getting used to jabs, every morning at 7am sometimes earlier.
Pins and needles are crazy, sometimes its like I havent got hands, I work at an office and sometims I sit there and am like wtf i cant feel my hands, joints aching, stated to get a few headaches, just minor ones, these sides are easily tolerable though. do feel stronger Ihave more of a desire to up my weights. sleeping like a beaut, never eeling overtraine. so far so good. feel drier, can notice a little fat loss around my abs, maybe my mind playing tricks. cnfeel that this will give me good gains though.
